General Job Duties

  • Perform detailed turnover cleanings between guest stays to ensure 5 Star service
  • Clean, sanitize, and reset all rooms to hospitality standards
  • Make beds and manage linens (washing or replacing as required)
  • Restock consumables such as toiletries, paper products, and essentials
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the property matches listing standards
  • Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues
  • Complete cleanings within strict turnaround timeframes
  • Safety and Compliance Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
