3.2 Modifications to Service

Any modifications to the agreed-upon services must be requested in writing and approved by both parties. Additional services may result in additional charges.

4.1 Pricing

Pricing for our Services will be provided in individual quotes and service agreements. All prices are subject to change with prior written notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

  • Payment is due within the timeframe specified in the invoice
  • Late payments may be subject to late fees as specified in the service agreement
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

4.3 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Client is responsible for all applicable sales, use, and other taxes.

  1. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel scheduled services with advance notice as specified in the service agreement. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to cancellation fees.

5.2 Termination of Contract

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Early termination may be subject to fees as outlined in the service agreement.

5.3 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate service agreements immediately if:

  • Client fails to make timely payments
  • Client violates these Terms or the service agreement
  • Client engages in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff
  • Property conditions pose a safety hazard to our employees
  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and adequate access to the premises for cleaning services
  • Inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions present on the property
  • Secure valuables and confidential materials before service
  • Provide adequate utilities (water, electricity) necessary for cleaning
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues with services provided
  • Maintain a safe working environment for our employees
  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Liability for Damages

We carry appropriate insurance and take reasonable care to prevent damage to client property. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement, up to the amount specified in our insurance policy.

7.2 Notice of Damage

Any claims for damage must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the service date. Claims reported after this period may not be honored.

7.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage to items left in areas being cleaned without prior notice
  • Damage caused by conditions beyond our control
  • Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other valuables
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the three months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

  1. Warranty and Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. This may include re-cleaning the affected area at no additional charge.

This satisfaction guarantee is subject to:

  • Notification within 24 hours of service
  • Reasonable and legitimate service concerns
  • Client cooperation in resolving the issue
  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Seven13 Janitorial or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
